Is it ok to have double glazing fitted in the rain?

Is it ok to have double glazing fitted in the rain? I am worried that the sealant won't stick. My windows are being replaced because of shoddy workmanship so I don't want them to fail again.

They can be fitted in the rain, although when they are sealed outside with silicone, if the bricks/wall is too wet, the silicone won't have a good bond to it. Down the line the silicone could let in water. Should be ok and nothing to worry about unless it is raining heavy.
