Where can I find services of a project manager to help me with a project which involves fixing some uncompleted work in the back garden including some building work.

I wouldnt go to the expense of hiring a project manager, a good builder will be able to oversee and carry out your works.

Advice - make sure whoever overseas the project has a complete knowledge because if a problem occurs they will have to be capable of getting the contractor to listen to them.
