Wood/coal burning stove in chimney breast

Hello there Initially you should have a site survey carried out (all decent engineers would do this free of charge) You will need the flue checking and also the site checked for suitability. The chimney breast will require knocking out to the original brickwork ,and may need cladding in a hi temp resistant material. You will need a metal register plate and a non combustible hearth on the floor. If The Flue is in a satisfactory state of repair you do not require a flue liner but it is advisable. if you log on to the hetas website they will provide details of an engineer close by.
