Neighbour put up concentre fencing post on my land
Anonymous user 14/03/2024 - 2.31 PM
My neighbour put up a fence and has had the concrete post put in on my land. What can I do about this as I didn't have a 30 day written warning? He told me the day before it was happening and I have the horrible side facing me although I didn't pay for the fence.
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Sometimes depending on if they had to work around something for example a drain or electric cable, there would be no other option than to work either side. However he should have got your permission before doing so. It is in your right to have it taken down and moved onto his/her land.
