Need to replace pipes for old Victorian terraced house?

Anonymous user 03/03/2024 - 3.01 PM

We have been advised by our builder that we need to potentially replace all the pipes in the house as it was last renovated c.20-30 years ago. Is this necessary? It's a Victorian terraced house with 5 bedrooms. Current system includes a conventional heating system, single panel radiator and old pipework.
