Conservatory installed with roofing bars that protrude two inches from the edge of the polycarbonate

My conservatory has been installed with roofing bars that protrude from the edge of the polycarbonate, the polycarbonate sheeting seems to be too short, is it correct that the sheets should end midway over the guttering? Thanks

Hi the answer to the question is yes, the sheets should end half over gutter but the bars should also end in line with the sheets. Maybe the bars are too long. If you can provide a picture we can have a look for you. Thank you, Scott
