Which size of combi boiler is best for a 3 bed detached house with 2 thermostatic showers?

My current combi boiler is needing an upgrade. I am in a 3 bed detached house and have two thermostatic showers. Information on net suggests that i can't run both of these showers at the same time but my old boiler DOES manage this and I want the next one to do the same. What size of boiler should I get? Some responses suggest that this will be unlikely with a 'new modern boiler' but I do not understand the difference, surely new ones should be more efficient! What size of boiler would easily manage with the house size and one shower with ease?
