What size lintel is required for a 8 foot long window?

Hi, I have a 8 foot long window with 8 courses concrete blocks above, what size lintel is required and how much bearing either side?

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

You will need a lintel with a minimum length of 2700mm giving you a minimum bearing of 150mm at each end.
