problem with company giving me a rating for the windows

A builder was going to fit my windows but I subsequently cancelled as I believe the are too much money. The window company is in Gloucester and apparently they have been custom made in 4 days (I live in a park home). I have contacted the company and they are being very vague about giving me a rating for the windows. This company is a fair distance to where I live, so I can't check them myself. Is there anyone I can speak to in regard to checking this company out? Thank you.

Check if glazing company is FENSA registered.

Most windows from a good supplier should have the energy rating stamped or stocked on the inside of the sash. A rating been the best and C rated been minimum requirement in the uk
