Bathroom Fitting

Fitting a new toilet with water inlet on left to existing plumbing which has right hand inlet

Anonymous user 23/02/2024 - 2.45 PM

I have chosen a new toilet to be fitted that has a water inlet on the left of the cistern but my existing toilet has a right hand inlet. Is it a big job to redirect the existing plumbing/pipework? Thank you.

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Usually you can swap which side the toilet fills up at from left to right or right to left which may be easier then changing the pipework

It's generally a simple job depending on what obstacles are in your way.
