removal of wall paper before possible re-plastering

Hi. I have removed 75% of the wallpaper from a bedroom. If the walls are deemed to need a re-plaster, is it worth me removing the remainder of the existing wallpaper? Not sure how much of a plaster job is required!

I'd take all of the paper off the walls prior to replastering.
