We wish to knock our toilet and bathroom dividing wall down how can you tell if the wall is load bearing or not?

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Check upstairs under the floor board which way the joists are running. If the joists are running the same way as the wall then it's not a supporting wall. If the joists are running across the wall then it's a supporting wall and you will need to put a concrete lintel or steal one depending on the length and weight above it. Hope that helps

Best to get a structural engineer to have a look. Even timber stud work can be supporting floor joists above. Better safe than sorry.
