Should I upgrade from boiler with a tank to a combi boiler before I install new bathroom?

Absolute gas guzler, not efficient, because you shower for 10 mins longer every time, and you also have to wait 30 seconds before water warms up, from new also after 3 years you will have to wait 1 munute or worse wont the water will never warm up properly.
