Can I lay t and groove flooring over concrete floors
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

If you mean t&g chipboard it will be laid on celotex or similar insulation board with glued joints. If you mean t&g softwood or hardwood timber flooring, then either stuck to floor with proprietry adhesive, or fixed on battens screwed to floor.
