Painting colour through externally over Tyrolean - do I need plasterer or decorator?

Hi - the exterior of the house is covered in Tyrolean but it's discoloured and we'd like to give it a freshen up. I've heard you can paint with a spray gun with weatherproof colour through but I don't know whether this is specialist job or whether I need to speak to plasterers, renderers or decorators - advice would be appreciated to get me going. Thanks
