Have to turn hot water tap on full power before combi boiler starts heating

Hi, lately I am having to turn my hot water tap full power before my combi will kick in and start heating. Also when I use either one of my showers I can't get right temperature - it's just hot or cold. My boiler is a Main combi 30 HE made by Baxi.

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?
