Which Worcester boiler for my 3 bed house

Hi I have a large 3 bed semi with a combi in the attic which I believe to be over 10 years old and am considering the Worcester Greenstar 24 cdi or 38cdi model as a replacement. My property has 3 beds ,1 bathroom with separate plumbed in show , 2 living rooms , large kitchen, down stairs toilet and hall/landing/stairs. In total we have 5 rads upstairs and 6 rads downstairs. We also have a log burner in living room which limits the use of the living room rad when used, Which model is the best for me ?
