Sealicone round bath redone still leaks

Have also replaced taps, cleaned shower fittings, checked pipes etc. tightened fittings under taps. Also regrouted tiles at shower end. My partner is experienced and good DIY but he is getting frustrated by it. He used b and q white anti mould bathroom cost 6-7 pounds. Do we need to buy specialist stuff?

You need to clean off all silicon fill the bath 1/2 full off water and then re silicone and leave the water in till it sets
