Purchasing a house with faulty windows and no Fensa certificate
Anonymous user 28/02/2024 - 2.57 PM
We are about to exchange contracts on a house and 90% of the windows are faulty, you can push the whole window fitting out. I think it may have been a family member who installed them and they do not have a FENSA certificate, any suggestions what our options are? Thanks

you have three options either get them to change the windows or drop the price so you can get them changed. or pull out and find an other house.
good luck Alex
