What kind of plaster should I use for an outdoor mural?

I'd like to know what kind of plaster I should use to build an outdoor mural using pieces of glass and ceramic (hopefully, it'll be a Gaudi's kind of style art piece :)) Please help!

sand and cement! 2 parts sand 1 part cement strong mix, for you to bed them on you could also add stone dust to help its strength hardened harder, than just sand and cement.
