Repairing cracks, and painting Tyrolean rendering on house.

Please advise on the best way to repair cracks in Tyrolean rendering. I also would like to have it painted when cracks have been repaired. Does anyone have any advice/recommendations?

I would have a good look at those cracks and see if the top plaster has come away from the backing plaster first ,because you could fill in those cracks and paint it only to have it crack again , In the worst case, you may have to hack it all of and start again. when you patch Tyrolean it always show's where you've done so.
