Complicated roof needs insulation, no clear answers yet -please?

We have an older house, 1929. The loft has big solid beams, wooden planks across the roof with tiles nailed onto boards. Its a big space, 40+ x 30, maybe more. The loft has a floor- boarded space the length of the house by around 15 feet. The flooring is a mix of oak and pine. Either side is very poor insulation between ceiling joist but no flooring. One end of the loft has an unused sauna. We clearly need to put insulation in but want to keep the flooring. Raising it isn't possible. We can lift it but want it back down. What is the best solutions here?

It would be better to take out certain sections of the boarding and push the insulation in from the sides, the insulation should always be up to the boarded level to stop cold spots and condensation. Best regards Dave Bishop
