leaking roof, cant find source and no tradesmen seem willing t take on the job.

Just moved into a 1930's semi in Nottingham. The roof was replaced around two years ago by the previous owners but now is leaking into both bedrooms, one next to the outside wall and one next to the joining wall. I have spent hours looking for the source of this leak and cannot find it; their are no obvious signs in the loft space etc. Both the leaks are higher than the gutters so that cant be the problem. The roof appears in good condition and is felted. I've had three roofers round who didn't want to take on the job. All three of them took a brief look (about 5 min) at the imidiate area around the leak and as nothing was blindingly obvious said that they couln't help. Can anyone provide any advice of what the problem might be and/or suggest a roofer who is willing to take the time to idenify and fix the problem.
