water damage in bedroom from roof

Anonymous user 03/03/2024 - 2.58 PM

I have some water damage in my top front bedroom where the ceiling meets the wall we have checked in the loft and cannot find anything and checked the guttering which seemed clear and the roof tiles above where the damage is but can't see any cracked tiles. any ideas what may be causing this.

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

It maybe that you have a shallow pitch and wind driven rain is entering at the eaves were it is common for the felt to perish. You would not see this in the loft. The eaves tiles need removing and you may need eaves protectors inserting/new felt. Condensation?
