Boiler won't refill through filling loop

Hi i cant get my boiler to refill from the filling loop even though water is comlng through the flexi hose

Every fill loop has 2 valves, on some they both need opening, on others only one need opening the other is a non return valve. If you have opened both (or one if only need one) and no water is coming through, check your boiler instructions to see if it has a secondary valve that also needs opening, after that you should consider replacing the fill loop.
