It’s been a pleasure to work with Zabi. He provided detailed designs and subsequently we engaged him to provide ongoing support throughout the build, helping us with tender process and all planning and approval processes. I found Zabi to be very professional, but equally friendly and approachable...and that’s not to ignore his patience whilst my wife and I had to delay the planned start of our build.
Zabi has made every step of the design and build as easy as possible for us. It was a big job for a domestic property, and with both my wife and I working full time it was great to have someone willing to help us identify builders, support project management, and oversee the stages of the build and help manage the interim payments. He clearly also had a good relationship with the builders (who were also excellent) and this made the whole job for us as straightforward as we could possibly have expected.
In summary, if you want plans drawn and support with planning, Zabi will do a great job. If you also then decide you need support through the rest of you build, I would also not hesitate to recommend Zabi.
