    Boiler service required asap.
    Nice chap, no issues at all. Serviced the boiler and left the Servcie sheet straight away. He will be quoting for future works hopefully.

    Replace Hot water value
    Zach was ontime. Did the work very efficiently and quickly. Much cheaper than other quotes but just as professional.

    Boiler loud humming

    Viessmann boiler Service
    Zachary was quick to make an appointment and arrived to complete a boiler service. He was paid in cash but did not provide me with a boiler service certificate. I contacted him several times and he ignored my calls and texts. After many attemps to contact him for an invoice and certificate, he (finally) responded but not in a very friendly way. To date, I have only received an invoice via email, no service certificate.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    Hi , thanks for your feedback! You contacted me asking for a Boiler service, weeks later you then call at nearly midnight to say your boiler is now showing a fault I explained I wouldn’t be able to get over that week as I was fully booked. You then message me in the early hours of the morning threatening me that you would put up ‘ negative feedback ‘ if I didn’t send you over a service certificate that I then responded with the below Hi . I would appreciate if you didn’t send me text messages at 11pm at night ! I would also appreciate you not threatening me . I carried out a boiler service on your boiler that you requested for your job advertised. While I carried out your boiler service all was okay . You then called me back to say your boiler was showing a fault which I explained isn’t a boiler service this is a boiler breakdown . I will send you an email with your boiler service certificate and and invoice of the job carried out. I am on holiday at the moment back on Saturday will do it then Many thanks Zach I hope you understand that this wasn’t a non friendly reply . But when I carried out your boiler service you wanted to pay cash and no certificate provided I believe you was happy with The job carried out until your boiler showed a fault weeks later that you assumed a boiler service would sort.     Ideal combi bolier need servicing
    Completed boiler service as needed. Also will be revisiting to fix a small issue with the correct part. Thanks Zachary. Will be using again

    Cap off Gas to Oven and Hob
