Alan was very professional and helpful in my hour of need. Came out to quote on a weekend, was able to do the work which was to firm up support on an existing beam. He was able to follow structural engineers reports and meet building regulations which had to be meet in order to exchange on property. he dealt with the suppliers of the steel and also with the building inspectors from the council. Alan and his team were efficient, friendly and stayed late to get the job finished in a day cleaning up before they finished. Would highly recommend him!!!

Guttering and fascia completed to a high standard at very reasonable price and very quickly and efficiently. Alan arranged for the work to be done and did it over consecutive days rather than doing a day then returning a week later etc like some builders. I would definitely recommend him

Alan has done an integrated garage conversion, turning it into a bedroom. This included raising the floor level, putting in a partition wall and a window. Plastering (the finish was stunning), putting in radiators and electrics as well as creating a built in wardrobe. He ensured the work met all the building requirements, was great about finding solutions for the designs I wanted and was always very cheerful. He has a high standard of workmanship and ensures the job is finished to a high standard. I am more than happy to recommend Alan for any building work.
