    Main bathroom overhaul - new suite & tiling
    We hired Jason and his team to rip out and old bathroom and completely re-do it. They did a great job and we are really pleased with the result. The price was fair and they finished the work in good time despite lockdown making some things difficult to source, and a few issues with the company we bought the bathroom suite from sending the wrong/broken stuff. Jason was flexible and able to work around the problems so that everything was finished as quickly as possible. We would definitely recommend them.

    It was great that Jason came out on a Sunday as it was a bit of an urgent job. He was professional, informative and really helpful - would definitely use again and recommend.

    Refurbish entire bathroom
    Jason and the tiler did a cracking job on our bathroom - quality was really good and job was finished in time for lockdown which was really difficult. Jason did a great job and we are really happy with the finished result. Went out of his way to make sure we weren't inconvenienced too much. Highly recommend.

    Shower installation and 3 walls tiling
    Really pleased and impressed with York Plumbing and Bathrooms. Jason was easy, pleasant and professional to deal with. Good quote, lovely job.

    Revamping Bathroom, new suite and separate toilet.
    Refitted our bathroom and separate toilet back in September. Didn't follow manufacturers instructions when fitting Showerwall panels in the bathroom within a week of being fitted they had started to leak and water had got into the panels causing them to de-laminate. Also a shower recess that was put in wasn't correctly sealed causing it to bow. Used incorrect cheap sealant which just peeled away from the boards didnt seal around the sink. This has resulted in us having to have them replaced at a cost to us. We had to take court action to get a small percentage of our money back which was paid to us just a few hours before actioning a court hearing. This has caused undo stress and anxiety. We had no guarantees from them, no electrical work has a certificate. Also out of the kindness of his heart put some new skirting boards in, shame they where two different styles!!! All Jason talked about was how he was a reputable company who does a bathroom a week!! My advice would be to slow down and if you are doing a job you are not 100% sure about consult the manufacturer's instructions which you were given by us. Would not recommend!!

    Hello, Firstly I would just like to put our side across, on the day we quoted this job nikki and her husband wanted a bath taking out and a shower tray putting in with wet wall panelling installed. We discussed the wet wall panelling and advised that they should go for a decent ply backed one. On arrival on the Monday to start stripping we took order of the suite they had ordered.. no words could describe the cheap terrible quality suite that had been delivered. The shower tray was 3mm thick and light as a feather, the wet wall panelling was mdf backed??? It was the worst quality as fitters we have ever seen.. The trims they sent for the panelling were absolutely terrible the ones sent for the boxing were again terrible. We have bent over backwards since fitment going back and forth discussing solutions all because of the poor quality suite and wet wall ordered. We offered to take the panelling off and replace it with a decent quality one labour free just to make them happy we have bent over backwards as a business and I’m sorry but we can only fit what a customer supplied and on this occasion nothing we could or would have done would have made you happy the above feedback is most defiantly not deserved nikki The electrical work that our subcontracted electrician did for you was minor works (changing a light) witch does not require a certificate. Very disappointed with this review
