    Lay 12m2 floor tiles
    Hired to tile a conservatory floor, turned up as agreed, nice bloke. Tiling looks brilliant, would definitely recommend. Top professional.

    Front Porch

    Jason got back to us very quickly with a reasonable price, he completed the job within a few hours to our suprise and did an excellent job!. We're really pleased with the end result. I would highly recommend him.

    Wall and floor riling to a utility room and porch
    Jason came around to look at the job very quickly, gave me a very competitive quote and completed the job on time. Excellent job all round. We're really pleased with the end result. I would highly recommend him.

    Just need 2 tiles replacing in bathroom

    Tiling job

    I short listed Jason and he promptly replied back to me. Once I had sent him some photos of the job at hand, he arranged to come and visit. He was very knowledgeable and gave sound advice as to what would give the best finish. He gave a quote for the work and we agreed on a price and timescale for the work to be completed. Jason arrived at 9:00 am each morning and maintained good communication throughout. He was polite, friendly but professional and cleaned up after himself at the end of each day. He went above and beyond what was expected by helping with other jobs that were needed in order for the work to be completed. Jason completed on time to a high standard and we would highly recommend him. Our neighbors were so impressed with the work they have also taken his details. I will defiantly be using Jason in the future.

    Loo and porch tiling

    Unfortunately on not 1, not 2 but 3 occasions they didn't turn up as agreed to carry out the work. Each time this was with little or no notice and various excuses were given and communication was difficult. Obviously this has proved to be a significant problem made worse by the fact I turned down other people available to do the work as I initially believed that they would honour their commitment. Sadly that hasn't been the case and these are undoubtably the worst company I have ever come across. There are good tradespeople out there but these are definitely not in that category. Avoid..

    Answer from tradesperson:

    Firstly I would like to say it was twice we didn't get to you the first time due to me having a chest infection and full of flu.. The second time we booked you in you never confirmed that the dates were okay even after several text from our end.. To then ring us at 11 o clock on the day and ask if it was today we were coming to make a start, the bad communication was from you're side Chris and not ours.. We made contact many times with no reply. From the start of us making contact you was uning and aring the price we quoted saying you had been quoted cheaper. So to give us a bad review like you have I think is appalling because as you can see from recent feedback the work we do for customers has been all positive.

    Tile a bathroom

    Good set of lads, turned up at short notice and worked all weekend until the job was completed. Thanks Guys

    Bathroom refit - tiler required
    failed to turn up on agreed date, failed to ring to confirm next appointment, failed to turn up on second appointment.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    Thanks for the feedback tim I was snowed under with work and as I explained to you we had to re lay aload of floor tiles as a plumber burst a pipe and water went under neawly laid tiles that we had laid... And then I was due to go on holiday I do appoligise as I don't like letting people down... Hope you found yourself a tiler and I hope you're new bathroom looks great. Regards - Yorkshire tiling

    Ensuite floor grouting needs repairing
    Jason did a good job... he went and bought the right colour grouting before completing the job. He was polite, careful and very clean and tidy. I would definitely use him again.
