Jonathan and his team undertook building work prior to a kitchen installation. This included removing a supporting internal wall, bricking up old back door and installing new French doors. All work was undertaken to an extremely high standard. I would definitely recommend and will use again in the future

I instructed works to be carried on my property by Yorkshire Innovation Ltd in April 2021. The works were started, however remain incomplete and my property left in state of risk to my health and safety. The works included chimney, bathroom and kitchen. The company left a gaping hole five feet in diameter across two floors. Having agreed a price at the outset, this changed on several occasions. I paid the company 90% of the cost, the company are refusing to attend to complete the works, leaving the property a death trap. Almost could have caused a fatal accident in my own home. I would not recommend this company to be instructed to carry out any works. They are unprofessional, dishonest, incompetent, and unable to complete works agreed. After what I have experienced with Yorkshire Innovation Ltd I am in the mind that the company reviews are not entirely legit as I choose Yorkshire Innovation Ltd on the “excellent” reviews noted on their listing. I have lodged an official complaint to My Builders, in order to make sure other potential customers are aware of their poor standards work and the Health/Safety risks Yorkshire Innovation Limited could cause to other customers. Be careful and look elsewhere

Jonathan and his team did a excellent job of removing our chimney breast over two storey, re-plastering and reinstalling existing fireplace in a good quality finish. Job initially was quoted to be a two week process, however ended up taking over a month to complete but finished article was worth the wait in the end.

Jonathan was great, sorted out the chimney supports swiftly give it was around the Xmas/ new year period. He came and did a good job and was efficient. He sorted out all the building regs certificates and dealt with the building inspector. Everything was passed first time and promptly given we are in the middle of a pandemic.

Couldn't be more pleased with the completed job - beyond expectation. Attention to detail was excellent and really went above and beyond. All work was carried out to a very high standards with individual workmen having the same professional approach to the job. Excellently co-ordinated - knew exactly who was coming when. Nothing too much trouble and went out of way to complete little extras that were needed but not seen as part of the initial job. Price was great value and final price reflected the initial quote. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone and will certainly reemploy for any future work.

YBI completed a garage conversion for me to a great standard with quality materials. A team of very polite and friendly guys, managed to complete the job in a very timely manor then cleaning up everything before the left. Could not have asked for more, will definitely be recommending and hiring again for all future construction projects.
