Quoted me up, took money, destroyed my kitchen and roof, then walked off job, as, and i quote, 'I've had enough of this', when i wouldn't give him another random 1k. Had to small claim and currently has 3/4 other people ahead of me in the queue. My solicitor mentions he has 4/5 business in his name to skirt around this. Though others say he was a good communicator, in my experience he was terrible.

Jonathan did a fantastic job for us by removing our chimney breast from our kitchen and spare bedroom. Highly reccomend!

Jonathan and his team took on a job that no-one else wanted. It involved finding a great window and door company to make an arched door for us. Thank you Jeanette from JAT Windows for doing a fantastic job during lockdown. Jonathan and his team did a really great job raising the floor level, insulating and plastering the porchway which has now transformed my hall, effectively giving us another room. The outside steps are perfect, thanks John for working so hard on them. This was all undertaken during lockdown which caused Jonathan many headaches with product and staff availability. I would recommend YBI for your job. Can't fault the outcome.

Yorkshire building innovation recently completed the job of removing 2 chimney breasts which was not the easiest of jobs but wow what a fantastic job Jonathan and Ben did. They always left everything as clean and tidy as possible at the end of the day. They also replaced all our skirting boards and architraves. They levelled and awkward floor and fitted new flooring, radiators and doors. They sourced everything that was needed which was not always easy for them and every time we asked for something else it never seemed to be a problem for them. They arranged all the other tradesmen that were needed, we didn't need to do anything. Jonathan also gave me ideas for things that I had not thought of myself. We could not be happier with the quality of work that Jonathan and Ben have done and at what we considered to be a reasonable cost. They are even helping us to move on to our next job of bathroom renovation. We would happily recommend Jonathan and Ben to anyone and will definately ask them to do any future work ourselves. Thank you Jonathan and Ben, all your hard work was greatly appreciated. Chris & Yvette Norman.

Very helpful guy, accepted the quote and never heard back from him again despite several attempts to contact him. I appreciate prices may have gone up, but non retuning of repeated calls was disappointing. In the end I just needed confirmation that he’d not committed to the job so I could go elsewhere, but heard nothing
