I had my doubts about whether this type of work could be managed virtually, but Jason completely changed my view. Communication was excellent throughout — clear, prompt and always easy. He was available whenever needed and stayed fully responsive with both me and the local authority. With his guidance, we secured planning permission for a 5-metre rear extension with side extension, and a self-contained 6m x 8m annexe, all approved within just two and half months. A fantastic outcome. Overall, a brilliant experience. Jason is professional, reliable and genuinely great to work with. I highly recommend Jason.

The Company wouldn't even ring me to discuss the job, they wanted to contact via email only. They ignored my last message. What has the world come to that people will not communicate via the phone, prior to putting everything in writing! I'm amazed they have had so many good reviews but then again, anyone can leave a good review, even if no work has been carried out.......Hmmmm

Jason was professional and very responsive with his communication. He drew up our drawing for a balcony and put the planning permission through without a hitch. I was a little reserved initially about how effective the process would be considering it was all remotely carried out by Jason, but everything was completed simply, and planning permission was accepted.
