Jason was professional and very responsive with his communication. He drew up our drawing for a balcony and put the planning permission through without a hitch. I was a little reserved initially about how effective the process would be considering it was all remotely carried out by Jason, but everything was completed simply, and planning permission was accepted. I would definitely use his services again, and would definitely recommend.

Great experience with Jason doing our plans. Works remotely but that has no negative impact at all so I would highly recommend him . He kept in constant communication with us and chased the council numerous times to move things along. From the offset, Jason was efficient in his responses to our emails and was so patient, answering our many questions, and explaining things in a way that we'd understand. The whole process was managed and completed remotely and despite my initial reservations about doing things this way, it genuinely did not have a negative impact and there were no oversights or challenges. In fact, we think it made the process more efficient i.e., there were no delays usually caused by trying to coordinate different diaries when planning to meet face-to-face. Jason reassured us throughout and secured us planning permission, which we thought may be a battle! Another positive was that we exchanged ideas and Jason ensured that we were happy with the plans before finalising them, and he also offered us some suggestions re: materials that would suit the design. Thank you Jason for making this process pain free, as we were convinced we would have difficulties securing permission.
