    Dear Sirs, I am looking for a price for: Planning appl'n & Buildng reg's for an extention to an match existing timber clad garage with pitch mendip roof...5.2m deep x 3m wide Building reg's (under permitted dev't dont need planning) for a garden room .... 4m x 3m....and a verandha across back approx' 5m mendip tiles and posts All groundworks, investigations can be carried out by us. Best price please for appln before end of year as works to be carried out next spring.

    Jason was very efficient and produced well presented details of our requirements. He was also quick to respond to our change in the details. Being in Civil Engineering myself & previously NHBC & FMB certified I was very impressed with Jason's attitude & professionalism in the current climate. We will definitely be using him again on future projects & highly recommend him.

    Small single storey extension

    Jason gave a very prompt and professional service throughout. He gave very helpful advice and accommodated our changes to the original design without a question. He is clearly hardworking and dedicated to giving a first class service in every area. We won't hesitate to recommend him to our friends!

    Plans to be drawn for dormer window and conservatory

    Jason quoted the most competitive price and was the first to respond which was an added bonus. He is a great guy who is very quick and reliable. Plans were drawn up very quickly and any alterations never a problem. Price stayed the same despite changes in design by us. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for the great service.

    Single story front extension and internal restucture.

    It is so refreshing to find an architect who works at my pace. I am totally impressed at the speed and service of Jason. His site visit was demonstrative of his intention to get things done, he practically ran around, his communication was second to none and he interpreted my verbal description of plans into hard copy with ease. Plans are submitted for planning about one month earlier than I anticipated..... excellent service. I am confident that he will continue to impress me through the planning process ... very happy.

    Creation of extension drawings

    Jason has been very helpful answering any questions we had during this process and making suggestions from his past experience. Any amendments required were made very quickly and all texts and emails were also responded to promptly. Jason was very quick and efficient I'm creating these drawings for us and clearly has a lot of knowledge in his work. We would definitely use Jason again if we were to undertake a similar project in the future

    Barn conversion

    From start to finish Jason was at hand to make any amendments to our drawing. In just over 2 weeks the plans are complete and our planning application has been submitted. Jason has alway been at the other end of an email to answer any questions we had. Very professional and would definitely recommend. the process has only just begun but a pain free start.
