Honestly, amazing speed and professionalism. Single storey extension creating bedroom and ensuite and conversion to kitchen diner - a real wow set of plans. Jason visited me this Thursday and he submitted for planning agreed design etc today - Saturday. We conversed through email and it worked perfectly. Jason was quick in drawing up the plans and submitting to the council. Now we are just waiting for the council to get back to us.

After posting the job on my builder, Jason was the first to message us with a clear outline of services he offers and a what cost. Jason came round, measured up and listened to our brief and inputted with ideas of his own, ideas that we wouldn't of thought were possible. He was very quick with the initial drawings and has been easy to contact via text/email with any questions that we had. Jason dealt with the planning office and helped us with some of the issues we have come across and has been a great middleman in the initial planning process. We look forward to working with Jason in the future and would definitely recommend him to others.
