Jason was very quick to come and view our property. Drawings were submitted to planning within a very short time of Jason visiting us. We had some issues with the pre planning which Jason resolved despite Planning proving to be difficult. There were further queries with the actual planning which again Jason resolved very quickly. He does react almost instantly to any problem or queries that planning throw up. Planning was granted and building is about to commence. I would recommend Jason and would use again in the future.

Brilliant work by Jason. He is a bit of a maverick - but don't let that worry you. Got the drawings done in super fast speed, lodged the application, answered all my queries and liaised with the council. In just 4 weeks we got our planning permission! Nice work Jason. No need to hesitate, book him!

Fantastic service! Jason is brilliant and I would highly recommend him for his very thorough service - educating me at every stage and advising of what he would do (including sending detailed drawings and real-life images to show how things would look). Jason was substantially cheaper and 8 weeks quicker than a local architect (approx £400 less) and his professionalism was far better. I struggled to find recommended architects within our area so turned to My Builder and Jason came up as being interested in our job. Having read his feedback, I was more than happy for him to quote. As a young female with a vision to tear down a hideous conservatory, all of this detailed building work was new to me but Jason took me through each step and we actually ended up with a better design than I had in mind. Everything from lights to radiators was considered. Jason was super fast at getting back to me and clarifying needs (within minutes at times). I highly recommend his services!

Cannot recommend Jason highly enough. Great communication, and have received full complete drawings within 3 days of meeting, with a couple of drafts sent over in the meantime and changes made and these have been passed over to our builder. Thanks Jason!

Jason and his brother Matthew were very professional they came to measure up within 2 days of being contacted and arrived at the time they said. Jason corresponded with the council on our behalf and kept us well informed. They did a great job and very quickly. We would highly recommend them and we would use them again for future projects. Five stars!

I think all the previous reviews say it all to be honest.... very professional.. knowledgeable about current planning and building regulations ... everything worked out down to the smallest details .. there was defernatly no hanging about
