Jason came on time as discussed on first meeting, he was very polite,, he even took his shoes off as he had been outside measuring and it’s quite muddy out there.I spoke to Jason about how I would like my extension to be approx sizes, windows, doors, in place also he immediately knew what my vision was, he was here a short time but what a fantastic tenacious worker he is, he was still sending messages and fully drawn pictures of how the proposed extension would look like at 8pm on a Saturday night, you couldn’t ask for better service than that, once I agreed to the one scheme I liked it was re done by him and submitted on the Monday morning after I paid for survey to the planning dept. He also gave sound advice on building as I suggested a angled front door, he advised it would take up a lot of unnecessary space, so totally happy with the service I would recommend Yarm design, main thing for me was he was totally approachable and he listened to what I wanted first.
