Would defo recomend very good and quick at his work great to work along side

Jason has passed me on to a structural engineer for work to be looked at. Structural engineer who called was very pleasant and guided me through what I needed to do for this to be assessed.

hired Jason from Yarm Achietectural Design after posting on My Builder, admittedly i didn't have a clue about what i actually wanted or the guidelines involved but after a couple of welcoming emails he set me straight with what was best suited and the legalities involved. I must be a difficult client to work with as i kept getting my measurements wrong and had to have each answer broken down to the level of a child but he was more than happy to adapt and made every step crystal clear. The end result was in my opinion and everyone else who looked at the plans, nothing short of breath-taking. Due to the ongoing pandemic he informed me that in terms of safety he would have to work remotely and being that i'm not much of a 'people person' this way suited me down to the ground. He did his research and got everything absolutely spot on.. all by email?! what an age to be alive!! can't wait to get started on my project and know i'm on the best course thanks to Jason and his knowledge in this field! I don't currently have any further builds planned but i know i'll be going back to Jason should the opportunity ever arise! Can't thank him enough and would highly recommend him and his services to anyone who bothers reading this! Thank you for your patience throughout I will definitely be back in touch!!

We hired Jason after few email exchange as we found him stand out of the crowd with no frill and no nonsense and clear price for what asked for. It was a straight forward process, few phone calls and few emails with details and in a couple of weeks we had the drawing done and ready for planning submission. Jason has been also helpful to highlight inconsistency in our requirement and make sure that we could fit what we were looking for. He did submitted the planning permission and he helped to answer few questions from Planning officer to go ahead. Jason also introduced us to SE to complete the calculation required for building regs application and follow up until we had Building Regs ok to move with the project. Jason has dealt with our project directly and very quickly, emails were answered in a matter of minutes/hours and we always had discussion with him directly, no other people. Definitely we would recommend Jason. Great experience.

Jason provided everything needed to pass the planning application stage, I am more than happy with everything provided. All work had been carried out remotely due to the coronavirus pandemic, this did not affect the job. I intend to use Jason for the build drawing stage.

I hired Jason to design a large single storey extension, he was one of only a few who were prepared to take the job on remotely due to COVID restrictions. I honestly cannot believe how good Jason has been, he answers emails any time night or day, he listened to what I wanted and gave options to make sure we had exactly what we were looking to build. From my experience I will recommend him to everyone who requires an architect. Jason made our build easy and to do that without ever meeting me or visiting the site is impressive. I have never written a review good or bad for anything, but I had to let anyone know that this is someone you will not be disappointed to hire.

Jason was quick and hassle-free acting as our architect. He came down to visit our house once to get the required drawings and measurements and was then readily available on email or on the phone. I'd also strongly recommend his structural engineer (also called Jason!) who was extremely helpful not only in his calculations but also in helping with our Thames water build over agreement.

Jason has been very helpful and supportive through my planning application. He has given me his suggestions and guidance on the best way to achieve my desired goal. I will be calling on Jason again, I highly recommend him to anyone looking to undertake any building work.
