- Structural calculations **Customer description** Raft foundation with a concrete retaining wall on one of the sides. The structure to be built on this foundation is a timber frame conservatory (you can consider as being an extension, but the PP used the word "conservatory") with the structure shown on the 3D representation. Soil: as per attached picture. Please provide a provisional price, based on the these informations and the attached plans, strictly for: 1. Structural calculations 2. Drawings: (a) cross section of the raft, with rebars and mesh; (b) cross section of the raft and retaining wall, with details of connection of the reinforcement.
