    - Extension: Basic outline plans (for quotes and planning application) **Customer description** I would like to apply for planning for a side extension to a bungalow. There is a garage on the side which will be demolished.

    Beam calculations for first floor extension and carport

    Jason introduced me to his structural engineer who was able to help provide structural calculations and engineering review of my existing design intent. Great communications and quick turnaround of everything I needed within my given timeframe. Would recommend and use again in the future.

    - Structural calculations **Customer description** Structural calcs required for small extension. Calcs for steel beam above bifold doors and timbers for flat roof.

    Work carried out in a timely and professional manner. We will be using Jason again in the very near future for our upcoming projects.

    - Structural calculations **Customer description** Raft foundation with a concrete retaining wall on one of the sides. The structure to be built on this foundation is a timber frame conservatory (you can consider as being an extension, but the PP used the word "conservatory") with the structure shown on the 3D representation. Soil: as per attached picture. Please provide a provisional price, based on the these informations and the attached plans, strictly for: 1. Structural calculations 2. Drawings: (a) cross section of the raft, with rebars and mesh; (b) cross section of the raft and retaining wall, with details of connection of the reinforcement. I will not shortlist without a price provided. Added 3rd June, 2021: --------------------- Also, provide a turnaround time.

    Jason Bates helped by connecting me with his structural engineer, Jason McArdle - brilliant guy, by the way, he provided the required structural pack for my project in a very short time, with all whistels and bells. I would recommend both with all my heart!

    Change of use and structural plans

    He is a con Took all the money upfront and never showed up Tried chasing him up. He has got quite a few fake consultant companies. Professional con artist. Have reported to trading standards also. Beware!!!! Do ur research on his name before even thinking
