    Plans for Kitchen / Diner and loft

    Would not recommend using this architecture service. Make sure you have a clear understanding of what service you are paying for ended up paying £940 for simple drawings that were submitted to the council for only outlined building permission, he wanted £2000 originally. These are not plans that a builder can follow as no site visit even took place so need to pay out again for building regulations plans to be submitted and drawn up. Could have done the application process ourselves with the council as we ended up liaising with the council direct, had to chase for plans from him in correct scale the council requested. Again I cannot stress enough be clear about what services he is providing as communication is poor. We are still waiting for A1 plans and plans he apparently purchased to complete the application.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    I successfully obtained planning approval for this lady. The job was for a rear and side extension and a loft conversion with Dormer. All three aspects needed planning permission, I emailed a quote to complete the planning drawings, it wasn't close to £2000. I completed the drawings, the lady then said due to issues with her boyfriend she didn't have much money and asked if she could pay me half of the agreed fee, the remaining to be paid 4 weeks later on pay day. I reluctantly agreed as I felt sorry for her. This was my mistake as she never went on to pay the full fee. I discussed and quoted to complete the planning drawings and application, no building regulations drawings included at the planning stage, its best on all jobs to obtain planning prior to starting the building Regulation. No building regulations drawings included in the fee offered. I have an email from this lady thanking me for obtaining the approval. I have started legal proceedings for defamation and to also recover the outstanding fees. I think this is the reason this client is not happy. Luckily I have over 300 very happy clients on this site (98% positive) with outstanding feedback to prove I offer a very good service and price competitively. Please ignore this false feedback.     End terrace property conversion to 2 flats

    Jason did an excellent job with the drawings and obtaining planning permission for my conversion of two flats.

    Extension over double garage to add bedroom

    We had our plans through super fast, when our planning application needed adjusting jason took the time to speak to the planning department to find out the best way to be approved, all of this was done remotely! Amazing! Thanks so much, we would 100% recommend!

    Full structural plans for kitchen extension

    Would definitely recommend Jason for his services. He was very helpful and gave us a lot of advise before we even agreed to hire him which we really appreciated. Thank you for all your help Jason.

    Structural engineer required for domestic property.

    I contacted Jason few months ago for architecturial designs for my property extension. We managed the whole process remotely mainly conversating on emails. I have final designs ready to submit to building regulations and I'm expecting to be approved in the next couple of days. Jason was engaged throughout the process, and rectified the designs when I asked. There were couple of times where there were slight delays but he always came back to me. Hopefully the plans are approved by Building regs, and I can start the building work soon.

    Shower room, bedroom and reform the kitchen

    Jason completed a architecture planning for new extension during the first pandemia. We were able to work together and there was no visit at home. Very professional, knows his job , and able to manage and argue with the council regarding application. Finally council accepted the drawings and construction started. I am 100% satisfy with his planning, specially the 4x2 lantern. Thank you Jason!

    - Extension: Basic outline plans (for quotes and planning application) **Customer description** Need drawings for a single story extension with flat roof, for a new kitchen/dinning area at the back off a bungalow, existing kitchen turned into a bedroom.

    Always asking for more money than agreed, very poor communication 😕
