We managed the whole process remotely mainly conversating on emails. I have final designs ready to submit to building regulations and I'm expecting to be approved in the next couple of days. Jason was engaged throughout the process, and rectified the designs when I asked. There were couple of times where there were slight delays but he always came back to me. We were able to work together and there was no visit at home. Very professional, knows his job , and able to manage and argue with the council regarding application. Finally council accepted the drawings and construction started. I am 100% satisfy with his planning, specially the 4x2 lantern.
