    Rear extension

    Jason was truly amazing. He managed to submit and get a planning application approved WITHOUT stepping foot onto our property. Everything was done remotely, via email, and only required me to send him some photos of the current property. His timely responses were outstanding as he was able to answer every question I had whenever I had them. Would definitely recommend to use and will be using him again myself soon!

    Additional Room

    Jason was great in helping us achieve planning approval from the council for an additional room in our HMO property. He was diligent to chase up the council and kept us in copy throughout. I would recommend Jason's services always. Thank you Jason

    re-design garage roof, shape etc

    Was a little apprehensive about using an architect remotely but my daughter had used one and had no trouble , so i tried Yarm Architectural Design and Structural Engineering Services. Well , How easy was that. Jason was very experienced and helpful and delivered everything what we asked for without any problems whatsoever, dont know why i was worried , brilliant service and communication.     I spent extra time working with this nice lady as she is not good at using a computer. She has left a very good review, but has clicked 1 star instead of 5 stars.! I am trying to get hold of her to explain.
