Cracking lad, came straight out. Quoted a fair price and got on with it. Unfortunately the toilet continued to leak after he’d been. To me the test of a good tradesman is how they sort things when they don’t go right first time. When I rang him, without hesitation he came back out over the weekend and it turned out it was a separate issue. He replaced a different part and didn’t ask for anything in return. Great guy and I will certainly use again.

Jack was brilliant from start to finish, from the moment he contacted me. He came out to assess the job the next day as agreed and we agreed a time and a price to complete the job. Jack arrived when he said he would and got stuck in, once he got deeper into the job he found another couple of problems that he explained to me and fixed these problems too. Despite the problems causing jack extra work he got on with all of the work and made sure everything was working properly and left in a neat and tidy state. Chris came out on the first visit, fixed and assessed room for improvement We decided to go with his recommendations and are very happy with the outcome. Whilst visiting the property a couple of times he got to know myself and the family. One day while we were at work he noticed my lads sponsorship form from school and decided to sponsor, I felt this was a real nice gesture from a top guy.
