Great work, really efficient, will hire again!

Lee is a nice lad and he fixed my leak, but he over charged. The quote I accepted of £80 was for work that in the end didn't need doing. All Lee had to do was change a fitment but he still charged £80. I paid, stupidly, and didn't get a receipt. As I say, Lee resolved my problem but I won't use him again or recommend him to anyone else.

Very fast response to my on-line post, Lee came out to fix our leak first thing the next morning and he came back to make a quick adjustment, now everything seems to be working as normal. Fast, reliable and efficient service, we would recommend Lee and use him again in the future.

Lee Wraxall repaired the pipework after we had water ingress throughout 3 or 4 apartments that I manage. He also refitted a bath and shower and made sure everything was safe. I really can't fault Lee. His work ethic is absolutely spot on. He came around 2pm just to look at the job initially but then worked right through until 7pm until he fixed the problem. He handled a really awkward job so well, he's an amazing young man. He drops everything for you, nothing is too much trouble for him. I've even had conversations with him at 9pm, he's a breath of fresh air. He's also clean and tidy, kept mess to a minimum. He was reasonably priced and knew exactly what he was doing. He really is superb, I can't commend him enough. I managed a total of 136 flats and we've even put Lee on our website as an approved contractor.

Lee and his team fitted a new bathroom for us. He kept us updated at every stage of the process and we also found the right fitments for us and showed us photos first to see if we liked them. We found him to be a very polite, friendly and trustworthy individual. We would recommend him to anyone looking for an honest tradesman.
