Plastering is a messy job to start with we cleaned up after ourselves and left the job tidy yes there will be alittle dust here and there as we are plasterer not cleaners as for the bathroom plug I think this was faulty to start with as we used the bath to get water not the sink the water over the path was clean water to take away the dust boot marks l asked the lady if everything was OK and she said it was great and she would leave a good review she don't mention the extra holes we fixed or all the paper she left on the walls for us to strip

There are always 2 sides to a story... Facts are as follows: 1: The job was priced as job and finish not day rate & my price was accepted before any work commenced. 2: Job details were clarified with Donna 3 times before starting the work - the window wall was patch plastered as discussed & skimming wasn’t included and stated because shower boards were being fitted to all other walls. 3: I had to use my own material (£70) as Donna’s was damaged and not suitable for the job. 4: On completion Donna inspected the work, she seemed happy ,paid in full and asked me to quote for other work that needed doing in her home & I Left the job on good terms or so I thought...? 5: 30 mins later I received an abusive call from her husband (who was actually in the house when I left ) stating that I’d ripped them off ? I presume this is because I’d finished early ???The choice words Donna refers to were actually a torrent of violent threats towards my family and property followed by vile text messages and later on demanding money back. The abuse was so strong that I had to tell him that if it continued I would report him to the police. I do believe a civilized conversation could have sorted out any misunderstanding at the time I was at their home & I urge anyone reading this to read my other feedback and you can make your own mind up as to what really happened.
