Lance carried out an excellent job and it took him about 4 hours to do something that would have taken me 2 days to do. I Would recommend Lance to anyone who wants a wooden/laminate floor fitted to a high standard.

Good job, arrived on time and tidy

Overall very pleased with the job. The beading has a few scuffs but I'm hoping Lance will come back and tweak this as promised. I would definitely recommend.

I highly recommend Lance and I would use him again. Lance laid an engineered wood floor,fitted beading and trimmed two doors for us. He also came up with a solution for where the new floor meets an existing hardwood threshold. It is clear that he prides himself on a job well done. Thank you.

Great work from Lance - 2 visits to lay laminate flooring in living room, hallway and bedroom, work completed amazingly quickly and to a very high standard. Punctual, very tidy, cheerful and polite. Good rates for the work and we are now arranging for our kitchen to be floored.

I was a little nervous about hiring a tradesman as this was my first time and I was lucky to find Lance for my flooring job. He is very friendly, helpful in nature and on top of that he knows what he is doing. I already started recommending him to my friends. He takes responsibility for the job and also takes care of any surprises that may appear during the job. I would definitely give him a 5 star rating :)
