Tiron and his team worked on a 58sqm Flat refurbishment in south London. He replied to my enquiry and made a site visit the same day. Communication was excellent and pricing was very competitive. He provided lots of advice and guidance on the type of flooring which was best suited as well as subfloor and underlay. Work started within 48hrs with a total rip out and work was incredibly professional and well managed throughout. The final finish was excellent and I’d highly recommend them.

Hi,Tiron and his brothers are very helpful and offering very good advice.They have done an excellent job on my squeaking floors upstairs. They were very efficient and helped in moving all the furniture & putting it back without any fuss at all. They also took away all the rubbish away. Tiron is a professional and specialist in flooring. His knowledge in laying flooring is very impressive. I like the job once it was finished . They were helpful if we wanted to buy the materials from builder shops.

Vasile fitted 40 sq metres of unfinished engineered oak in 2 rooms and up a staircase and then finished this with hard wax oil. The floor looks amazing. Vasile runs a family business made up of him, his 4 younger brothers and his father. Vasile is confident and knowledgeable and and the entire family is extremely hard working. They work quickly and efficiently and take pride in their work which is of very high quality. They are also fun, friendly and work with a smile on their faces which is refreshing. I would definitely use Vasile again and highly recommend his services.

"Best of the best" pretty much summarize the entire experience working with Tiron and his family and reflects the high quality of the job. Tiron provided very accurate quote and detailed directions before the job beforehands. The job was then completed extremely fast (1.5 days for 50 sq m), on-schedule, and with high quality. If you are looking for a very detailed oriented, passionate builder with high quality standards, Tiron is the person for the job. The job: fit 50 m2 of engineered wood flooring over underfloor heating. Tiron is very passionate about his work, and proud of the jobs that he has completed in the past. He was flexible with dates and able to begin the job soon. He is knowledgeable about the materials needed and gave good advice. His prices were higher than others but I was convinced that he was able to do a quality job. On arriving and removing the kitchen tiles he discovered that the job was a bit more complex than he had anticipated and therefore the quote for the job was raised at this point, which I was not expecting. The work was completely extremely quickly, in just 2 days, considering what needed to be done. This included removing tiles and concrete underflooring, and moving heavy furniture around a cramped flat. The final floor was laid flawlessly and I would recommend him to others for this reason.

"OK" job, one board by the front door was cut short, which is rather annoying and visible. Skirting under a radiator not fitted to the wall. They also thought it would be OK to eat food from my fridge without asking (or telling me). Otherwise reasonable for the cost.
