This customer is a nightmare, we arrived at the property at 8.30am to take a look at a stuck open sash window. On arrival we was asked to remove our shoes as he was worried about his carpet. We agreed to this and removed our shoes to take a look at the problem before we started any work. I explained that if we was to start this job we would have our shoes ON as we would not work without wearing any protection on our feet. I took a look at this job and gave the customer a cost top repair of £400.00. We was able to repair the window quickly and reduced the cost down to £250.00. We was on site for 90 minutes with 2 men and left the property clean and tidy. The customer said that he would pay straight away once he received the invoice. The above description is just not true, there was ZERO damage to the carpet NO marks were made and the property was left clean and tidy. This is just a NIGHTMARE CUSTOMER lets hope that we never cross paths again. Please read previous customers reviews.
