After shortlisting him, Andy got in touch straightaway to discuss the problem with our door, possible reasons for the problem, solutions and associated costs. He agreed to look at the job the same afternoon. He identified the problem, explained how to fix it and the costs for doing so. Luckily, he had the required new part in his van, so that he was able to fix the problem there and then. He was very polite and approachable throughout, dealt with the task at hand swiftly, and cleaned up after himself. Payment was taken electronically, which is very helpful in the current situation.
