Rob and his team did a great job of our loft partition. They were flexible and worked with us on dates to do the work and left the house clean and tidy. We would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Thank you guys, an excellent job done very quickly by a friendly and efficient team, on time and within a well priced budget. Our fence now looks like a proper fence, upright, strong and secure. We will certainly recommend them for any future work.

Fantastic job from start to finish. We had an initial meet up to talk over our ideas and requirements. They gave us some good advice, issued a comprehensive quote and price, and all was completed within the agreed time frame. These guys are all about customer satisfaction. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were great at finding a solution if there was a hiccup. The fireplace is absolutely fabulous. We are so chuffed and it was an absolute pleasure to have Rob, Chris and Pete in our home. You can tell they really love what they do, hence the high end quality of the workmanship. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them in the future. Thank you so much!

Rob and Chris were very helpful, polite and friendly. The job was completed within a week of providing a quote, so very quick to complete the job. The work has been done to a great standard and Chris done a great job clearing up afterwards which was very appreciated.

Cannot rate this company highly enough. We have used many builders over the years and we can very happily say that Williams Construction is head and shoulders above all of the rest. We have a number of building projects in mind to be undertaken in the near future and hope that Williams will be available . The work is undertaken to the level of perfection - they appear to work as if they are working on their own personal projects. Superb.

Helpful friendly team, who did a great job and were very accommodating of the need to make changes and additions as we went along. When attending the site to give an estimate Rob pointed out other issues we had not spotted and indeed once the scaffolding went up I was able to see these easily for myself (in other words, this wasn’t an attempt to invent more work!). All work was estimated and the final bills were kept to that, other than where we had agreed to vary as the job changed along the way. Most importantly it was done quickly and on time, at short notice. The finished result looks great - obviously though you need to ask me in ten years time if it’s still standing (I’m sure it will be!) My only “criticism” is that they are costly! Yes, to a degree you have to accept that you are paying for experience, knowledge (solutions and suggestions) and overheads, not just a daily labour rate and as noted the final charge was exactly as we agreed in advance. Arguably you get what you pay for too. I will use these guys again for further work we are planning next year but as it will be less urgent I’ll be negotiating a lot harder on price this time!
