Very friendly guy who replaced the water heater in the kitchen. Had a different problem arise before the heater was going to be replaced and he came straight out to look into it. Did a great job with everything working correctly and even fixed a dodgy tap when I asked for advice on it.

Super cool and relatable….totally human :) Got in there on time, did not moan about the really cramped spot to work in and gave me a fair price for the work. Would definitely use again, you left your torch here though if you read this.
